Generic Imbruvica 140mg Capsules contain Ibrutinib as its active ingredient. It is a BTK kinase inhibitor that is used to treat the following diseases:

  • Chronic/ Small Lymphocytic Leukemia
  • Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia, which is a kind of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
  • Chronic Graft v/s host disease in people who have had recent transplant surgeries.

This medication stops B-cells from activating and growing, therefore containing the cancer and fighting against host disease.
