I had a painful, red patch on my skin that was infected and inflamed. This cream calmed the inflammation almost immediately, and the antibiotic cleared the infection. It didn’t sting or irritate my skin, which was a big relief. After about a week of using it twice daily, the patch almost disappeared. It’s very potent, so be sure to follow directions carefully. Works well for infected dermatitis.
