Changes to U.S. Import Regulations

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government will remove the de minimis exemption, which currently allows shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.

What This Means:

1. All international packages, regardless of value, will now be subject to U.S. customs duties and import taxes.

2. These duties and tariffs are implemented by the U.S. Government and are not in our control.

3. Orders shipped before August 29, 2025 may still arrive duty-free if delivered prior to the rule change.

4. Orders arriving in the U.S. on or after August 29 will likely require duty/tax payment upon delivery.

5. All shipments—including postal (USPS) and courier deliveries—will require a customs entry. Carriers and postal services are preparing new procedures, which may cause temporary delays or added checks.

Delivery Timelines:

At this time, delivery timelines are more difficult to predict. While we will continue to ship orders as quickly as possible, additional customs processing may extend delivery times beyond the usual four-week window.
We currently estimate delivery may take four to six weeks. If your medication is required urgently, we recommend ordering early or filling your prescription at a local pharmacy to avoid interruptions.

Policy Updates:

1. Our price-matching policy is suspended until further notice.

2. Reshipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.
