We are pleased to share that we have successfully partnered with a new postal carrier.
As you may know, following the removal of the De Minimis Exemption, postal services of more than 25 countries—including the one from which we ship—had been paused since 21st August. We sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging period.
With this new partnership in place, we are now preparing all pending orders placed during the pause. Shipments are expected to begin leaving our warehouse within the next 5–7 working days.
Please note: dispatches have not yet started, but preparations are well underway to ensure a smooth restart at the earliest. Orders placed during the paused period will be prioritized and shipped first. Thereafter, all new orders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis.
Once dispatched, deliveries will continue as usual with an estimated timeframe of 7 to 28 working days.
Our team is committed to making this transition seamless and will keep you updated at every step.

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government has removed the de minimis exemption, which allowed shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.
As of August 25th, 2025, the origin country’s postal service has paused all shipments to the USA in response to this change. This step has been taken as a last resort, since adequate mechanisms have not yet been established by U.S. Customs and USPS, and very little time was provided to implement a regulatory-compliant solution. The postal authority has assured us that restoring service remains their highest priority, and every effort is being made to resume operations as quickly as possible.
Until then:
Orders will not be processed or shipped until the origin country’s postal service resumes operations.
Deliveries that were previously 7–28 working days may now take 30–40 working days. This applies even to orders already paid or shipped recently.
Our Phone, Chat, and Email teams remain fully operational.
However, during this period, support executives will have limited information about order status due to restricted shipping updates.
Our banks are currently overwhelmed with refund requests across businesses and have temporarily halted direct refunds.
As a responsible company, if your order is not shipped within 21 working days, you can contact us if you do not wish to wait further, and we will issue a store credit refund (usable anytime in the future).
