Tenelia 20mg tablets seem to be helping me manage my diabetes. Now that I follow my diet and exercise plan, my blood sugar levels are more stable. I felt a bit lightheaded and constipated, but it wasn’t too bad. It's important to keep some sugar nearby in case of low blood sugar. Overall, I am happy with the results!
