Started this medicine after my sugars started creeping up despite lifestyle changes. It worked fast—within a couple of weeks, my fasting and post-meal numbers came down. I haven’t felt any discomfort or dizziness, and it seems gentler on the stomach than Metformin by itself. Also love that it’s just one tablet instead of two separate ones. Super convenient and effective.
