My doctor prescribed me many statins before prescribing the Livalo; they were able to control my cholesterol but the side effects were too much to handle from them. I always had muscle pain with the other medications I got but Livalo does not seem to give me any kind of muscle pain, and as I am a traveler, I need to keep on moving, so it works wonderfully for me.
