I always feel motion sickness while doing trekking, which ruined all my tracking trips with friends. Finally, a doctor prescribed me Cinnarizine. I just have to take 1 tablet before starting my trek and I am good to go for hours. Now I always keep this tablet in my travel kit.

I had a motion sickness issue for a long time. Whenever I used to travel by train or bus, I felt like I would die. Then my friend suggested Cinnarizine as he had the same issue. I went to see my doctor and got Cinnarizine prescribed for me. Now I can say that I enjoy traveling. Cinnarizine is my all-time favourite travel partner. I may leave without anything else but not Cinnarizine.
