Generic Aloxi 0.25mg Injection contains Palonosetron as its main active ingredient. Palonosetron is most commonly utilized to prevent nausea and vomiting that can happen as a result of receiving chemotherapy or after surgery. It functions by blocking a specific receptor in your intestine and brain called the 5-HT3, which is responsible for vomiting out substances that don’t belong in the body, such as anesthesia or chemotherapy drugs. It may also be used for other conditions not mentioned here.
