I strongly recommend this medication for comedonal acne. Different prescriptions wouldn't help the bumps on my cheeks. A few days of Epiduo and my acne are almost gone!. Also, if you have particularly sensitive skin, I would suggest applying moisturizer first (after cleansing) and then the Epiduo gel.
