It appears to help acne partly by keeping skin pores clear. You will begin to see an improvement in about 1 to 4 weeks after starting the medication. It's been 22 weeks since I have been using this medicine and I can see awesome results.

The absolute best thing I have ever done for my skin is when I started taking Tazorac about a year ago. My skin has never looked this good. I started using this and it completely cleared my moderate to mild acne. Not only did my acne go, but it made my skin also even.
